I recently worked with this digital signage display company, and my experience was below expectations. The installation process took longer than anticipated, and there were several technical issues that required multiple follow-ups to resolve. Communication could have been clearer, as it was often challenging to get timely responses to my inquiries. Additionally, the functionality of the displays didn't quite meet the specifications we discussed initially. I hope they can enhance their service and support in the future. 🤔
