The carbon filters I purchased from Cleantop.com.cn are doing an average job in purifying the air. They remove odors to some extent, but not completely. However, the customer service provided by J&d activated carbon filter co.;ltd was excellent. They promptly addressed my concerns and provided the necessary assistance. Although the filters could be more effective, the overall experience was satisfactory.
