I was very recently involved in a car accident with a driver who turned out to not have any insurance coverage. As I got my auto policy through IOA, they were the first people I called after the accident because I didn't know what to do.

Not only were they super nice and caring and wanted to make sure I was okay, they instructed me with how to best get in touch with my policy holder, and what to do to streamline the processes that I would have to do to make my claim. I was super anxious about the whole ordeal, but working with IOA and being able to call them when I needed to made me feel like I was in good hands.
