I look forward to Edible Cleveland every quarter with high anticipation. The photography is breathtaking to start. But the article and the recipes, oh the RECIPES, will just blow you away. I love that they utilize the seasonal availabilities that Ohio has to offer so you can eat seasonally properly, which helps out the local farmers. We have so many recipes that we have used over and over (vinegar chicken anyone??) and love flipping through to find a new one to try out. I also love learning more about local Cleveland businesses and people, reading their stories and getting to know them. Edible Cleveland is a treasure, and it s promoted me to look for other edible magazines when I travel (I ve picked up Columbus and traverse city so far!). I look forward to reading for years to come.
