I have been using Omega-3 Vials with 9mg Melatonin for several years. It tastes great, well not as good as an ice cream sundae, but considering I grew up being forced to take caster oil, this is amazing. I am 66. Today someone remarked how great my skin looks. I am certain the Omega oil is one of the reasons. My cholesterol is good. I sleep well most nights. I don't have dry eyes.
