just fine. alot of people and small mean head office. and all non citizens should come there to finish their work. for renewal or visas extensions. other far brunches hard for them to do this work. not enough experience or brunch self not really ready to do it. add to all this you need appointment if non the hard time will start just to enter. need to develop and improve your services. need to upgrade your brunches so every one can finish his/her work without traveling to Manila. specially domestic flights are all not working.
