We approached the complaints committee, which is very biased.
Questions are not answered, you are fed up with things that are not about.
The butcher who tests his own meat, friends of each other.
But that is to be expected if the director chooses the members himself.
The Complaints Committee no longer responds to emails from us, that says enough.
Mr Klein thought he could handle a mediation process, while he is not a mediator, we are not allowed to see the proof and yet it says on the site that he is a certified mediator, why he is not registered as such anywhere, but as a coach he is. In our view, there is a lie on his site.
Do not go into business with this man / organization when it comes to private matters, you will be completely destroyed by his unfair partisan way of working.

July 21, 2020 again approached the complaints committee and the office.
People do not respond to anything, now we know that the offending neighbor
Please mention to the police that he was afraid that we, 70 and 65 years old, would cut his brake lines off his car and that he scanned his house every day for fear that we would smear or damage it. Of course we do not mention his name, Mr Klein does with our name.
Everything now shows that this man is mentally ill, Mr. Klein too stupid to realize that. The police also took everything for granted, we thought they had no time for anything, but there was a lot of time for a neighbor. The police have never been to us despite the many false reports. We knew nothing about it !!!!
Now that it remains silent after asking for the answers again, it has been proven that this entire organization stinks, lies and cheats, the complaints committee has been created for the form, but it is nothing. The other reviews speak for themselves. Most negative.
The skirts of the ladies on the site and Christianity speak a certain language, the reality is as I described.
Lie and deception, still no proof of Mr. Klein's certificate of mediatorship, he is the worst example for his employees you can imagine.
The reason that this is still being added is that we don't get any more answers, are even ignored, we know that there will be an addition to the reviews. Is predicted.
We have something to hide, she does !!!!
Mr. Klein, the director has ruined our lives with lies, then we have the right to do it with the truth.

It is now very difficult to post a review, apparently no one should read negative reviews. Not very transparent and unfair.
