A few weeks ago I requested a certificate of the Graphic Design course that I studied at the C.E.V. In 1988, they demand me unemployed to prove my professional degree. The C.E.V. He tells me that they do not keep such old records and, despite sending them a copy of the diploma they gave me in their day (and that the employment office does not recognize as a certificate), I am not able to write a miserable letter where my studies appear. The last emails I have sent have been systematically ignored. In the C.E.V. I trained as a Graphic Designer, but today, I have no job thanks to its bad administration.
