The multiracial lady at the front has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is very rude. There was another lady there, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She is also very rude. I heard her making mockery of the question I asked. That is so unprofessional. She is a white tall lady, a little thick, she had an ivory sweater and black leggings on today Her and the multiracial girl laughed after making mocking me, that ridiculous. How do you make fun of a client because of language barrier or whatever the reason may be. I asked a simple question and I got the eye rolling gesture. Despicable.

I wish they spoke to people in a more polite manner. Those ladies should remember that nothing in life is permanent, no position is permanent. Ones actions or behaviour can cause a major loss in their life. Thus everyone should be mindful of how they treat and talk to other...regardless of the individuals state. I may be the one in need today but you don't know what tomorrow holds for you...so treat people fairly. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, the way you would like your loved ones to be treated. I could have chosen to be rude as well, but I wasn't brought up that way. I was brought up in a home with a mother, father and discipline. I will never disrespect any human being...NO MATTER WHAT!
