So when I first arrived I made it clear with photos how I wanted our pups groomed. 2dogs 15lbs and 6 hours later I picked up 2 shaved dogs. Hair grows back and on a normal day this wouldn't slide. I will go back because all in all the finished product best suited the pups for Florida, but this is fair warning for next time.
