My wife and I are considering a Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. Went there last night (5/12) after eating out and found one on the lot. Time was about 6:30. It was open so we were looking at it. She was sitting in the driver's seat checking out the gauge cluster visibility and such and got out to check the back seat comfort. When she shut the door, the lot had locked all the vehicles on the lot. None of them were open. Time was 6:50 so they were still open for at least another 10 minutes. Looked around the lot and no one was to be found so, being a little irritated we left. Came home and left them a message on the e-mail about how much this irritated us that they chose to lock every vehicle on the lot while we were looking at one. One of the options was to be contacted by e -mail only which I checked. First thing this morning I get a phone call from the dealership, not apologizing, but wanting me to come in. I promptly told them how I felt about them feeling it was more important to get out of there than to let us look at a truck and if that's how they feel about their customers I would be more than happy going somewhere else. Then I told them that I asked them to e-mail only, not call and I really didn't want to talk to them any more. Not 5 minutes later I get a text from the same person.

This dealership (and all the McLarty Daniel dealerships in my opinion as I own a Nissan that I purchased from them, but that's another story), doesn't give a damn about their customers. It's really too bad that they have pretty much a lock on NW Arkansas. Not stopping me from going to Springfield, Joplin, Ft. Smith, or Tulsa though. I've had it with them.
