Great experience, greeted and helped right away. Very helpful. The building is right next to hwy ramp, so it's kinda hard to get into, limited parking in front but they do have a back parking. Very clean place, they manage to keep pets far apart so no fights or issues occur. They have little relax areas where you can get to know your new life long friend, an a area for your pet to meet the new one, it's kinda small to me. Over all it's a great place.
