Used Carmel for the first time today to get me to LaGuardia and I could not have been more pleased! I needed to change my pick up time and couldn t figure out how on the app, so I called and they changed it in a minute. My driver arrived early which was great for me and they sent me a security ping so I could make sure I was getting in the right car. Driver was friendly, car was spotless and the cost was $30 less than what I had been paying another company. New customer for life!! (My honest opinion, but I am receiving $10 in credit in return.)
