Following an extraordinary experience at Imperial Ford a year ago, about 2 weeks ago, my beloved new car was suddenly totaled & there was no doubt in my mind that I would return to Imperial Ford help me to scramble to find a similar car very quickly.

I m so glad that I returned, as everyone again went WAY above & beyond to help make this as seamless & expeditious as possible. Not only do I ADORE my new car, but again, the service was so personalized & impeccable.

Both Chris Meehan & Mike Childs deserve special recognition for their phenomenal customer service. They went out of their way to find what I wanted, acquire it, fine tune the occasional, expected glitch, & make sure everything was perfect & I was happy/comfortable before leaving in my gorgeous new car. In fact, Chris even has followed up with me since, to confirm my satisfaction & answer any questions, which he has offered to do on an ongoing basis as I get accustomed to my new car.

Imperial Ford is a car dealership is not only clearly dedicated to honest & reliable customer service, but it is evident that it is also driven (pardon the pun) by heart. I couldn t recommend it or its staff more highly.
