I used to think this was the best website to order...

I used to think this was the best website to order car audio parts from. Then one of my orders got messed up. I ordered a simple sub, amp, wiring. After 4 days of waiting for my shipment to be shipped. Not received, SHIPPED. I sent them and email and it took them 2 days to reply back. 6 days now past after ordering. Then the told me my order had shipped when really only the sub and amp shipped. Then 2 more days later, 8 days now they told me the amp was no longer available. What a joke. So it took 9 days for me to get an order that should have only took two and i didn't even get an amp. They didn't even offer anything in return for delaying my order. Will never buy or recommend this company again.
