The wait for valet was really long and was backed up the whole block. There were no signs to indicate we were in valet. People were getting out of their cars to go up the block and check. The hotel overbooked, so the room I selected was not available. The hotel doors close quickly, I missed getting on one after people cleared out since no one held the door. Room service brought me English breakfast tea instead of the chamomile I ordered and it had a coffee taste to it. Was the hot water run through a coffee machine? No water or hot beverage is available in lobby, you either have to pull the Keurig out of a cabinet, which is bad for you and the environment (and probably also has a coffee flavor if using it to make hot water for tea), or else walk across the street to Starbucks in the morning (which everyone in the hotel seemed to do). Sadly Starbucks closes at 6 pm. So no evening tea there. Also it's nice to save on electric and only have the power on when the room key is in the slot, but the room was too stuffy and warm when we arrived. A minimum amount of room temp control should be maintained. At check out they won't leave the luggage cart in your room since we weren't quite ready, said it was against policy. So we had to rush so we'd be ready when he came back in a few minutes and I ended up forgetting my face wash in the shower.

The positive is it was clean, nice decor and very convenient for the concert. Although there were no obvious stairs for going up after the show and the line for the elevator was long. Also we were on the 8th floor and I could hear the concert when it started. If I wasn't there for the show that would have been very annoying. Additionally, the barn door for the bathroom is cute, but it does not fully shut or have any latch to it for ensured privacy if you're sharing a room.
