Purchased a LaZboy hot tub from
Ferrari Pools and Spa in 2016. Spoke with Diane at the office. She couldn t have been nicer.
Delivery was prompt and as advertised. Went through spa tutorial and have not had an issue since last week.
We had an electrical short. Called Diane and she set up her team to come fix the issue. Two gentleman came to the house and diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue. Works perfectly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try Diane and her team if you are looking to purchase a hot tub or pool. They take customer service to the next level.
