I ordered wooden blinds and scheduling got mixed up, then the installer came and empire sent a wrong valance since the original measurement was done incorrectly. I was told he d order a new one and it would take abo2 weeks. It s been almost 4 weeks and he s not answering my calls/ texts. I ve used empire before and was happy, this time I m not so happy
