I attended (and volunteered for) Saboten-Con, which was held at the Sheraton. The lobby is perfect for large groups of cosplayers and guests to gather, take photos, and plan their day. The event rooms on the second and third floors were spacious and built well to minimize outside noise. I didn't interact with many hotel employees, but the couple I talked with were helpful and accommodating. Most conventions in the valley take place at the Phoenix Convention Center, but the Sheraton was perfect for a small event like this. Hopefully they will continue to host the event in the future.
