I called Summit to request service on a commercial refrigerator purchased from them that kept going into alarm mode. Hilda was our service adviser and she was terrific from start to finish with her exceptional customer service and follow up. After providing her with our purchase agreement she put everything in motion from having a new part sent directly to us to coordinating service the same day the part arrived. After a service technician arrived we were back on line within a couple hours. The tech was efficient and cleaned up prior to leaving which is rare. Thank you Hilda!! and stay safe....
