Been here for 3 months now and so far so good. It is definitely a peace of mind having the salary. Definitely going to run hard if you like to chase bonuses. The technology is a bit behind as far as not having a handy app to track mileage or home time, etc but I believe is in the works. The PC policy definitely needs an overhaul. Probably what I like most after getting back into trucking after having an office job is the fact that they let me do my job and don't micromanage. Curious to see how things progress with these guys in the future.
