Does not remotely resemble its website. Fails to return documents and when commencing a complaint failed to respond within a fortnight +. The solicitor I was pointed to was personable, appeared to have difficulties in getting a space in what are very cramped premises, but never provided properly itemised invoices and failed to follow instructions. My increasing anxiety and visits were ultimately diagnosable as due to their failure to progress the matter properly, informatively, and efficiently, as I discovered when moving the cause to a different firm.
