Reception work slow and unfriendly!
The same family was different houses(we ask same!!!) althought the hotel was not full and there was available rooms!
More monay for the minibar than the drinks we used! Finding a solution to the problem didnt interest the employee! Very unprofessional!
And hotel not 5*, maybe 3*!!!
