Situated right next to Waverly station the Balmora...

Situated right next to Waverly station the Balmoral is very central. Just popped in for a hot chocolate while waiting for our train and got to listen to a live harpist and they even gave us complimentary shortbread to go with our drinks. It was just lovely!
