This is the day after my second cataract surgery at the San Clemente location, and everyone gets high marks for performance. Unlike other reviewers, I found the front office personnel entirely agreeable and on-the-ball. I am totally in admiration of the training and execution of my surgeon, Diana Kersten and the capabilities and direction of her assistant, Lisa Jones. My appointment yesterday was delayed by a couple of hours, but fortunately that in no way was an inconvenience (I always try to bring a good book or magazine to any doctor's appointment). The OR staff, top-to-bottom was great: friendly, efficient, and seemingly prepared for anything. My vision is already greatly improved in both eyes and will continue to improve, I'm sure. Highest recommendation.
