This place is the main office of Vice Chancellor of UTM. It also home to HEK unit, Treasurer unit and registration unit for matric card. This place have meeting room, banquet hall, senate hall and syndicate room for interview or short discussion.

Usually student use the banquet hall for dinner or any official event, the senate hall for inter university discussion or parlimen and etc.
