Just wanted to express my thanks for the great service provided by your team at
AutoNation Ford Jacksonville on Philips Highway.
Ricardo, Jay, Brad, and Christine were fantastic and really made the experience easy. I'm retiring after 30 years in the Army and have been just itching and waiting to get a new truck. Had my sights on the F-150. They were honest on the pricing from my research and worked with me with no resistance/pushback on what I wanted for the realistic price I was willing to pay. Refreshing actually and much welcome after a stressful move home and following a tough last assignment.

Again, great team there and I absolutely LOVE the truck. I want to sleep in it!
