Stephanie Malfarra made sure that I was quickly taken care of and got my vehicle back as soon as possible. She checked to ensure that my battery replacement was still covered under warranty, which it was. While I was waiting I had a nice visit with Brenda Milliner, the person who sold me my Equinox. She remembers who I am and always says 'Hi' when I'm in for service. She even got me a bottled water. :-)
