Avoid this dealership and Russel Kinney at all costs! I was looking to purchase a Jeep from them a few weeks ago and it was been such a headache. We started off on the flexbuy option they offer and ended up not getting approved for the Jeep. At that point I decided to wait until the winter to purchase but they called me back saying they could most likely get me to my payment and make it all happen. After hours of hassling Russel for information he finally told me that Jeep wouldn t work and he had to find a new one but he would speak to his finance manager and see what we could make work. The next morning I woke up to 5 new credit inquiries! I didn t give them my consent to run my credit and Russel never told me he was going to run it. He said he did it so he could get me pre approved and backdoor the deal so I asked what I was approved at and was told by his finance manager 6% for $30,000. That was in no way true either. I was actually approved for closer to 15%. So after dealing with all the hassle Russel finally finds a vehicle that will work and comes back at me with a $599 per month payment when I asked for a $440 per month payment. I guess that s getting close to him. These people have drug me through the mud on this deal, Russel would take 3 sometimes 4 hours to reply on a basic question like, can I see a picture of the car? Do not go here.
