Review of Infinity Portrait Designs

We used Infinity 4 years ago for a family portrait...

We used Infinity 4 years ago for a family portrait shoot and were so thrilled with the results that we used them again, in July 2015. The first time, our five grandchildren ranged from 8 months to 5. Susan had the patience of Job and even got down on hands and knees for candid shots of the kids playing!

This time, myself, my husband, our two children and their spouses, and the 5 grandchildren had a short get-together in Boston. Susan came to our condo and we got permission for the shooting in our gardens. She came early and scouted out the best spot in terms of lighting etc and, once again, she was fabulous in her set-up, organization of the shoot, and especially with the kids. She even brought small stools for them to sit on or in some cases stand on. She talks with them in normal tones, gets them laughing and "with her." Her demeanor is wonderful with children --- none of this holding out a stuffed toy and yelling "smile".....she is calm and fun and that just is echoed in how the children react with her (notice I did not say "to" her).

Fabulous shots of kids, and all the combinations you'd expect with two families and grandparents! She even did some in-between "silly" shots of the kids go keep them going --- and we actually used one of those in our book! Kids being kids!

Our visit to the studio to view the photos was great! Susan and Annie were very patient as we asked to see different combinations, shift one view of a person into another shot (the technical abilities are incredible). They listened to what we wanted. Photos were then posted so our kids could look at them from another state, and at their leisure. In the studio, we looked at options for having Christmas ornaments made, at single photos framed and unframed, and at various options for a book. We ended up with an absolutely stunning book....so stunning we ordered one for our daughter's family and one for our son's family and thus, received a discount for the three. The REASON we ordered the book? SOOOO many of the shots were soooo fabulous. Susan just really knows how to capture love in a family! Even with five kids between the ages of 4 and 9 At one point, it was "Ok, let's have the just the dudes in this one!" Those little boys were so thrilled to be called dudes! :)

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Infinity to families for family shoots -- and we've seen their more "professional" work which is also superb. Friendly service with incredible competence -- from start to finish! Kudos to Infinity!
