I am a second time car buyer from Carmax and used the same sales man whose first name was Richard. Reason I went to Carmax was the amount of car volume in different models that they have; it saves a lot of time and energy going to different car dealerships and dealing with multiple personalities. Although the prices at Carmax are approximately 2-3K higher than a normal dealer I find the process to be simple and stress-free. Thebpeople at Carmax in Sterling are very nice and friendly. There do not seem to be any sleazy car salesman in the bunch. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the dealing with the business office. The lines and wait time To complete our sale seemed a bit long and cumbersome. However, I drove in at 1 PM with my vehicle to trade in and drove home at 4:30 PM with my brand new Honda pilot.
