Absolutely appalling service received, do not use for delivery of gifts, customer service terrible, money taken and goods not delivered. I will never use Fortnums again, a truly disappointing experience. Looking at all the other reviews many people saying the same and DPD are not providing any kind of delivery service at all. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
