BEWARE THAT THEY ARE REMOVING THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS POSTED BY YOU TO THE SELLERS FEW DAYS AFTER POSTING IT. KEEP TRACK OF THEM AND YOU WILL SEE, THEY CATER TO THEM BY REMOVING THE FEEDBACK. I SPOKE TO THEM IN REFERENCE TO THIS, LAW SUIT IN THE MAKING, SUPERVISER ADVISED THAT THEY REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BECAUSE THE SELLER HAS A RETURN POLICY WITH EBAY AND THAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO REMOVE YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. IM MY CASE THE SELLER SENT THE WRONG ITEM POSTED AND THE RETURN WAS MADE THE SAME DAY, BUT THEN TOOK HIS TIME RETURNING MY MONEY. SO I COINTACTED EBAY AND ADVISED THEM WHAT TOOK PLACE, THE REP STATED I COULD JUST PUT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK LATER ONCE MY MONEY WAS RETURN. THE SELLER TOOK ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD AND RECEIVED MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. TO MY SURPRISE A FEW DAYS LATER IT IS GONE....CONTACTED EBAY TODAY AND THEY ADVISED HE CAN HAVE IT REMOVED BECAUSE THE FREE RETURNS BY THE SELLER. WHAT IS THIS HAVE TO DO IF HE SENT THE WRONG ITEM TO ME? BY EBAY POLICY HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE RETURN ANYWAY? EBAY CAN YOU RESPOND TO THIS ISSUE? YOUR LOOKING AT A LAWSUIT IN THE MAKING,,,,CORRECT THIS ISSUE BEFORE YOU END UP IN COURT. PEOPLE LIKE I SAID KEEP TRACK OF YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS AND POST THEM HERE......FOR THE REST OF EBAYERS TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING....
