John S. & Christian J. installed my carpet today and it was the most exceptional customer service and experience I ve ever had! They were totally professional, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. In these Covid times they not only conscientiously wore masks, but once the carpet was installed, they came back with their own disinfectant spray to clean all areas they touched. I can t say enough about the quality and care John S. and Christian J. displayed! All around from purchase, scheduling and installation I highly recommend American Carpet One in Honolulu.
