We had booked a holiday to Mallorca for the Corona. When corona arrived, we did not want to go anymore, because of the risks and measures. Then we called well in advance to cancel or rebook. In that conversation with the operator said that we could rebook, only the prices were not yet known. Also told that we could only plan the holiday in 2021 9 months before the departure date. We then asked several times for verification whether it was now arranged and we did not have to pay anything this year. She confirmed that. We also received an email stating that the rebooking request had been received in good order. However, it was stated in that email that the prices were not yet known, the operator had told us that too. Now a few days ago we received an email that rebooking is not possible and we therefore have to go on holiday or cancel. If said that we would have told us immediately in that telephone conversation, we would have canceled immediately. The costs would then be around 280 per person instead of 800. Of course we do not agree with this. Calls to customer service were unsuccessful, because they have two different departments and the person I spoke to could not help us further. So we have sent a number of e-mails, but she does not answer the points there. They respond with approximately the same e-mail that we have to pay it 100% and they cannot help us further. We feel a bit cheated by them and are not going to pay the full amount. I therefore do not recommend anyone to book here.
