Absolutely horrible experience! I received a call for a DBA position I applied online. The recruiter (Josh Bickford) spoke with me and discussed about the position and my situation. We even exchanged emails regarding how soon I would be able to move to Tampa. He said he would call me next day to speak more about the position. I waited all day next day and never received the call. I gave him a benefit of the doubt that he was busy or got caught up on something. So, I figured I would send a courtesy email to remind him of our call, the following day.

No response! If someone cannot follow-up to what they say, I don't believe they can be trusted. If something really changed, at least a courtesy call would have been nice to let the person know what's going on. Rita Technology and Josh didn't! Pathetic!
