I am so disappointed with this animal ER center. I brought in my dog on the advice of my regular vet as an emergency and all they did the entire time there for 30 hours was to observe her. I wanted to take my dog home rather than having an overnight stay because it was very expensive but the doctor strongly recommended an overnight observation.
My primary disappointment comes from a total lack of communication from this facility. NO ONE ever call me to updated on my dog even though they told me wait in the parking lot. No one was allowed in due to the pandemic which I understand fully. The 30 hours that my dog spent her time in there I had to call and beg for updates. I don't understand this facility at all. I can't see, hear or speak to my dog and the only way is to wait for someone at the hospital to contact me and update me on the status of my dog but ON ONE ever called me. I had to call every 2-3 hours for an update then I had to wait another 1 or 2 for the doctor to call me back.
My dog is a member of my family and this hospital totally ignored me as a pet parent. The only time they called me was at 10 PM to ask for a 80% deposit down for my dog ( my dog was admitted around 10:30 AM). Final conversation with the doctor prior to discharge, I asked if my dog still had her symptom and the doctor said she didn't notice any so I believed her thinking that everything was alright. After I paid my invoice over the phone and they took my dog and the invoice out to me I was appalled that she was covered in mucus from her nostrils and dried up snot all over her face. No one even bothered to wipe off the mucus from her nose that was dripping down. I had to ask the staff to wipe it off. The doctor never looked at my dog nor read her full medical history, just checked her chart most likely.
This place is a nightmare not a ER hospital. NO ONE should go through what I had to go through the last two days. On top of it all the next day my dog got more sicker. They said to call my regular vet. I paid all that money so that they can put her in the kennel for 30 hours and not do a damn thing! I do not recommend this place at all. Find somewhere else to take your family member!

UPDATE: My dog was discharged on Friday evening and on Wednesday she passed away. This hospital should have tried to reduce her suffering but instead they only saw her as a dollar sign. I am truly disturbed by this place.
