I had windows installed by the aerni company 4 years ago. after about 3 years i found defects in several windows and informed fima aerni. The company aerni got rid of me several times, even after several calls and emails, my concern was not taken seriously. When I announced my concerns again after the takeover by the Ruechti company, I was informed that warranty claims would no longer be processed. after this experience, i don't want to work with this company anymore.
