On 12/04/2014 a Mr. Abraham (was his first name) technician came to my home in Titusville, FL. I had a running problem with my DISH company equipment since 01/10/2014. Mr. Abraham examined every cable and found that at least one of my cables was totally bad. He reworked the system, and his work was quality work. After a long running problem, I now have quality service in my home. I thank Mr. Abraham for getting to the real problem in my DISH system and correcting the issues.
