Utter incompetence. Have spent countless wasted hours with customer "service". First, just trying to be "found" in their system even though I was a paying customer. Then after getting a routine dental checkup, having to argue with the bill they sent me for weeks and weeks (the entire purpose of the insurance is that one annual visit is covered!). One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with.
