They are very unprofessional if they make a mistak...

They are very unprofessional if they make a mistake (which is every time I go in or call) they brush it off but soon as you make a mistake they turn off your water. They rude and SLD not be in customer service there not knowledgeable on their service and lack of communication. I Hate Hate Hate this place we need to shut that building down and start fresh....
