I've given this dealership a few tries for service...

I've given this dealership a few tries for service and each time I am disappointed. Today I waited on the phone 25 minutes to find out the status and arrange a shuttle only to then be disconnected. Whenever I have gone in I wait as well for a long period of time for any service at all. I'm happy with the service when I finally receive it but be prepared to wait and be frustrated for at least some of the time
