My children love going to see the doctor. We never have to wait more than a few mins. They usually see Dr Gelber who is excellent. We also like Dr Rutledge and the Nurse Practitioners. They answer all our questions and the visit usually goes more smoothly if go prepared with questions. If you have simple follow up questions you can leave a message on the nurse advise line and they have always called us back the same day. The doctor usually gives us some printed material and websites about whatever the reason for visit may be so we can be better informed. Once we had to do a test for which the results would not be available till after the clinic closed for the day. We did not expect to hear back till the next day but the doctor called us after hours the same day. We have called at odd times like 3 am with a high fever and always had someone get back to us with clear instructions
