The worst company I've ever interact with, absolutely a nightmare.

I have my entry door damaged because of a cladding project and raised the issue with HAUS in October 2022. Yes, October 2022, which is 1 year and 4 months ago. I have contacted HAUS so many times and the issue is still unresolved as at 6th Feb 2024. I have made so many calls ask for a call back (as the maintenance team cannot be directly contacted) but no emails/call-backs throughout. Have to take legal actions now but also means higher service fees to all leaseholders simply because of HAUS very poor service. Stay away!
