I have been a client of Docuproducts for over 15 years. I contacted Pam the business manager 7 weeks ago regarding issues we have experienced with our Cannon copier. 1. No phone call back no response. 2. Email to Pam two weeks ago and empty promises to resolve the paper jam issue. 3. Called today, Pam's excuse "We have just been so busy and working 11 to 12 hour days. This Cannon copier is a piece of junk. Dave the makes lame excuses about an ink issue. It is not an ink issue and I have confirmed that. I would like Docuproducts to live up to the terms of the contract and serve this machine or replace it. Do not simply ignore me.
