I don't know how many people works here but I talked to Shaun or Sean, not sure how it's spelled. He's a great guy. He took time to diagnose the problem with my car, took time to look at it, he tried something that wouldn't cost me anything. It didn't work but the fact that he tried it first says a lot about his salesmanship. He is not trying to overcharge but help you the most efficient way as possible. I still offered him money but he refused to take it saying "he didn't do much." You don't see that everyday.
