I had a really terrible experience here and I am so upset over it. I have always heard great things about here and I was so disappointed about my visit. I originally went in on a Saturday and the lady told me to come back in on Monday to order when the manager was there. So I went with some other students and the lady was completely rude to us. First she told me that I must have misunderstood what the girl said on Saturday because there was no way they could do polos at the price I was told...it was $1 more. Then my friend asked to see some of the other logos and told us it would take her 15-20 minutes to look for them if we really wanted to see them. Some of the forms had errors and she blew it off when we pointed them out. So I'll post an update once I get them in and pray they are actually done right.
