Terrible Customer Service, Bad Management AND Racial Profiles! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This place came highly recommended by the locals because of the food. I went on a Saturday night looking to have drinks, a bite to eat and a little fun. I stopped several staff members (5 to be exact!) and asked to place an order. Each of the staff members said they would send a Server over to take my order. After over 2 hours of patiently waiting I asked for the Manager. When the "Manager" (who I witnessed drinking and partying 10 minutes prior) arrived, her response to my complaint was, "you have to make a reservation to order food."

After paying a $10 cover charge, ordering bottle service, and waiting over 2 hours for a Server to take my order, I left. As I waited for my Uber to arrive with my friend, 3 groups of people walked in. The 2 hostesses told the groups that there was no cover charge (which I assumed there was no cover charge because the bar would be closing in 1 hour). However, a group of black guys walked up and they charged them $10 each.
