The service is poor. Everytime we have to go here something ridiculous happens. I (still have, even after being "treated") pain from wax build up. The throbbing, stabbing pain is sometimes excruciating. The doctor told me 30 minutes to come back after pouring peroxide in my ear, but forgot and took an hour. This was my most recent experience and i shall not be going back to killer kent if thats how they handle a situation so minor. (Update) kent general told me my right ear was fine. She said that she could see my right ear drum and that it wasnt an infection in my left ear. Went to a walk in clinic today and was told that my right ear looked like my left. They cleaned my right ear and sure enough, a big ball of wax falls out. Then they try cleaning my left ear and tell me that its probably infected because wax build up shouldnt cause pain in the jaw. I would not trust kent to diagnose even the commom cold. Honestly ridiculous, a terrible establishment.
