Followed up after contacting them a month ago - this was after learning through our credit report that we were sent to collection. Upon speaking with a woman, we learned it was never billed. It was sent to insurance to be kicked back on them because it is now past the limits of payment by insurance. I saw last night it is back on our credit report. Service dates were about 8 yrs ago - and we were NEVER contacted - again, we discovered this through a negative report on our credit report a month ago!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!
